Stage 1

Introductory Call

A short and friendly conversation with someone from our Talent team. We’ll explore your background, motivation, and what you're looking for in your next role — and give you a chance to learn more about us, too.
Stage 2

Exploratory Round

This round evaluates the candidate’s leadership capabilities, people management skills, technical acumen, and ability to drive execution. The discussion covers team development, feedback and performance management, Agile practices, cultural alignment, and overall leadership effectiveness.
Stage 3

Product & Execution Round

This round assesses the candidate’s product thinking, program management, stakeholder management, and hands-on coding capabilities. Candidates are expected to demonstrate how they drive cross-functional initiatives, leverage their technical expertise to contribute to solution design and implementation, measure success through KPIs, and deliver tangible business impact while effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Stage 4

System Design & Architecture Round

This round evaluates the candidate’s ability to design scalable, reliable, and high-performing systems. The discussion focuses on distributed systems, architectural decision-making, scalability, performance optimization, fault tolerance, and reliability, while assessing their ability to communicate design trade-offs effectively.
Stage 5

HR Round

This round focuses on your communication and interpersonal skills, career journey and aspirations, motivation for exploring new opportunities, and alignment with company values and culture.
