- Stage 1
Introductory Call
A short and friendly conversation with someone from our Talent team. We’ll explore your background, motivation, and what you're looking for in your next role — and give you a chance to learn more about us, too.
- Stage 2
Hiring Manager Round
This round is designed to understand your product management experience, decision-making approach, and overall problem-solving capabilities. The discussion will focus on projects you have worked on, the impact you have driven, and how you navigate product challenges. We also assess your ability to use data effectively, communicate complex ideas with clarity, and think critically about problems by exploring root causes, trade-offs, and outcomes.
- Stage 3
Offline Assignment
As part of the process, you'll be given a product case study to complete independently. The assignment is designed to evaluate your ability to approach a product problem in a structured manner—from understanding the problem space and identifying user needs to proposing a well-reasoned solution. We look for clear thinking, prioritization, sound product judgment, and effective communication of ideas. Candidates are typically given 2–3 days to complete and submit the assignment.
- Stage 4
Assignment Review and Product Design Round
In this round, you'll present and discuss your assignment, followed by a collaborative product design exercise. We evaluate how you approach product problems end-to-end—from understanding users and identifying opportunities to designing thoughtful solutions. The discussion may cover customer needs, prioritization, product strategy, success metrics, user journeys, and go-to-market considerations. We also assess your ability to work comfortably with technical concepts and collaborate effectively with engineering teams when building products
- Stage 5
Overall Competency review
This round is designed to assess the core competencies that contribute to long-term success as a product manager. Through a mix of discussions and scenario-based conversations, we evaluate how you communicate ideas, approach ambiguous situations, make decisions, and influence outcomes. We look for strong ownership, sound judgment, structured thinking, and the ability to drive alignment across stakeholders. The conversation also explores your leadership potential, adaptability, self-awareness, and how you leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to solve problems and create impact.
- Stage 6
Culture Fitment Round
This round focuses on your communication and interpersonal skills, career journey and aspirations, motivation for exploring new opportunities, and alignment with company values and culture.
