Stage 1

Introductory Call

A short and friendly conversation with someone from our Talent team. We’ll explore your background, motivation, and what you're looking for in your next role — and give you a chance to learn more about us, too.
Stage 2

Hiring Manager Round

A deeper conversation with the Hiring Manager focused on your experience, approach to work, and alignment with the role’s expectations. This is where we dig into how your strengths match up with what we’re looking for.

Stage 3

Assignment

You will be given a product case study designed to help us understand how you approach problems, think through trade-offs, and communicate your ideas and recommendations.
Stage 4

360 Degree Product Thinking & Execution

You will work through a real-world product problem and present your approach. The discussion will focus on areas such as identifying growth opportunities, prioritization and decision-making, market research and segmentation, pricing considerations, and defining scope and execution strategy.
Stage 5

Engineering Round

The discussion will focus on cross-functional collaboration, influencing engineering outcomes, prioritization approaches, and your understanding of technology and AI concepts.
Stage 6

Product Solutioning, AI Acumen & Strategy

The discussion will focus on how you would evolve the product from its current state, the decisions you make, and how you articulate and defend your thinking. This is intended to assess strategic thinking, AI acumen, and product solutioning.
Stage 7

Bar Raiser

A discussion with the Founder focused on leadership, strategic thinking, and how you approach building products and teams in a fast-paced environment.
Stage 8

HR Discussion

This round focuses on your communication and interpersonal skills, career journey and aspirations, motivation for exploring new opportunities, and alignment with company values and culture.
