Stage 2

Demo Round

This round evaluates your ability to conduct an effective customer-facing product demo. The panel will assess how you understand customer needs, position the product as a solution, communicate value, tailor your pitch to different use cases, handle questions and objections, and drive the conversation confidently. They will also evaluate your presentation skills, product understanding, consultative selling approach, and overall demo execution.

Stage 3

HR Round

A deeper conversation with the Hiring Manager focused on your experience, approach to work, and alignment with the role’s expectations. This is where we dig into how your strengths match up with what we’re looking for.
