Stage 1

Introductory Call

A short and friendly conversation with someone from our Talent team. We’ll explore your background, motivation, and what you're looking for in your next role — and give you a chance to learn more about us, too.
Stage 2

LLD Round

This round evaluates software design fundamentals and the ability to build clean, maintainable, and scalable applications. The discussion covers object-oriented design, design patterns, API design, and may also include database design and domain-specific technical knowledge relevant to the role. The focus is on writing extensible solutions, making sound design decisions, and explaining the trade-offs involved.
Stage 3

HLD Round

This round assesses system design and architectural thinking. The discussion focuses on designing scalable and distributed systems, evaluating architectural decisions, performance optimisation, reliability, and scalability. Attention is also given to handling real-world constraints, identifying trade-offs, and demonstrating attention to detail while designing end-to-end systems.
Stage 4

Hiring Manager Round

This round focuses on engineering ownership, execution, and leadership. The discussion explores past projects, problem-solving approach, decision-making under ambiguity, ability to simplify complex problems, and the impact of previous work. It also evaluates communication, collaboration, mentoring, and the ability to drive outcomes while working effectively with cross-functional teams.

Stage 5

HR Discussion

The round focusses on communication and interpersonal skills, career journey and aspirations, motivation for exploring new opportunities, and alignment with company values and culture.
