Stage 2

Technical Round

This round will focus on your hands-on experience in AI feature testing, evaluation design, and test automation. We’ll discuss how you identify and investigate issues in non-deterministic AI outputs, design golden datasets and evaluation frameworks for AI features, define quality criteria and release thresholds, and ensure the reliability of LLM-based evaluations. We’ll also explore how you automate quality checks for prompt or model changes and include a short practical coding exercise to assess your ability to build automated QA checks. The round will primarily assess your AI QA depth, evaluation thinking, coding skills, and ability to own quality for AI-powered products.

Stage 3

HM Round

This round will focus on understanding your career journey, motivation for working in AI QA, and approach to quality in AI-powered products. We’ll discuss how you see the role of QA in defining and owning the quality bar from the early stages of product development, rather than only validating the product at the end. You can also expect a structured problem-solving exercise to understand your reasoning and approach, along with a discussion around ownership, comfort with ambiguity, collaboration, and an evaluation-first mindset.

Stage 4

HR Discussion

The round focusses on communication and interpersonal skills, career journey and aspirations, motivation for exploring new opportunities, and alignment with company values and culture.
