What I do at Hiver
I lead engineering across Hiver's Omni platform and core infrastructure. This spans omnichannel customer support (voice, chat, email, social), platform reliability, email syncing platform, and developer infrastructure. I work closely with product, AI, and GTM teams to turn customer pain points into reliable, high-quality product experiences. My org owns everything from conversation infrastructure and channel integrations to backend platform health and deployment systems.
