Akshaya Srikanth

I lead the UX writing and technical writing functions at Hiver. I work closely with Product and Design teams to make our product experiences and documentation clear, useful, and consistent.

I’ve spent the past eight years working with words across UX writing, technical writing, content and product marketing. I’ve always found myself at the intersection of product, content, and growth; turning complex ideas into experiences people can understand and use.

What I find most rewarding about Hiver is how closely I can relate to the problems our customers face. Customer service teams deal with very human challenges: manual processes, missed context, competing priorities, and the pressure to help people quickly.

Understanding those frustrations and making their work a little simpler is what makes the work meaningful to me. I’d love to work with someone who is equally passionate about solving real customer problems, comfortable with some ambiguity, and able to adapt as priorities change.
